What you will do

• Lead the RMF lifecycle across Department of the Air Force Financial Management systems, including security control implementation, assessment preparation, and continuous monitoring.
• Provide cybersecurity guidance to the Authorizing Official, Authorizing Official Designated Representative, ISSOs, system owners, engineers, and program management staff.
• Manage and review System Security Plans, Risk Assessment Reports, Plans of Action and Milestones, and related authorization artifacts in eMASS and ITIPS.
• Oversee vulnerability and risk management, including findings analysis, mitigation planning, and remediation coordination.
• Prepare risk-informed decision packages for ATO, ATO with Conditions, and denial decisions, including mission impact analysis and risk justification.
• Lead governance activities, technical briefings, cybersecurity impact reviews, and mentoring for ISSOs, analysts, and engineering staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Eight years of relevant IT, cybersecurity, or systems engineering experience.
• Ability to obtain, maintain, and access Top Secret classified information.
• DoD 8410 WRC 722 Advanced-level certification required: CISSP, CISSP-ISSMP, CISM, GCIH, GICSP, or GSLC.
• Knowledge of Air Force cybersecurity directives, including IAVA, TCNO, and NOTAM implementation and verification requirements.
