What you will do

• Provide support to the RNEC-NCR Belvoir following DoD Cybersecurity Policy requirements (DoDI 8500.01 and DoDI 8510.01).
• Ensure information systems are configured in accordance with DISA STIGs and applicable patches.
• Manage the security of NEC-owned servers, workstations, network devices, and peripherals.
• Perform enterprise-wide internal and external vulnerability testing and scanning on SIPRNET and NIPRNET.
• Coordinate and maintain Government initiatives including RMF, CORA, and the IAVM Program.
• Conduct Security Risk Assessments to implement countermeasures or mitigate risks.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite at Fort Belvoir, VA, USA.
• 3+ years of experience in Cybersecurity.
• Possess Security+ certification (no CE required) or equivalent (e.g., GSEC).
• Experience with Windows Server Administration.
• Knowledge of DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) and use of eMASS.
• Knowledge of COMSEC principles, methods, and the DoD EKMS program.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of securing UNIX, Linux, and virtual servers.
• Experience with ACAS and managing Active Directory user accounts.
• Ability to develop technical documents and system design documentation.
