Salary: $100,000–$175,000 annually

What you will do
- Design, implement, and maintain secure system architectures for mission-critical C4I environments.
- Provide cybersecurity engineering across planning, design, development, integration, testing, deployment, operations, and sustainment.
- Support RMF control implementation, assessments, authorization evidence, and continuous monitoring.
- Analyze requirements, interfaces, data flows, and system changes to identify risks and recommend mitigations.
- Assess vulnerabilities, prioritize remediation, validate corrective actions, and support security testing and change control.
- Develop security plans, control narratives, risk assessments, diagrams, test evidence, and POA&Ms.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional cybersecurity engineering experience.
- At least 4 years supporting Department of Defense C4I systems.
- Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer engineering, electrical engineering, electronics engineering, mathematics with a computer science concentration, or an equivalent qualification.
- Current DoD 8570/8140-compliant certification meeting IAM Level II, IAT Level II, or IASAE Level II requirements.
- Strong technical judgment, documentation skills, and ability to collaborate with government and contractor teams.
Nice to have
- Active DoD Secret clearance or higher.
- Hands-on RMF experience.
- Experience implementing and validating DISA STIGs.
- Experience with ACAS, SCAP, eMASS, or HBSS.
- Experience supporting NAVWAR or other Navy programs.
