What you will do

• Provide senior cybersecurity management and governance across the DAF FM portfolio to ensure RMF lifecycle compliance.
• Advise the Authorizing Official and senior leadership on cybersecurity policy, risk posture, and authorization strategies.
• Oversee security control selection, implementation, validation, and continuous monitoring of systems.
• Lead portfolio-level vulnerability and risk management, including assessment strategy and remediation governance.
• Manage and approve cybersecurity documentation (SSPs, RARs, POA&Ms) within eMASS and ITIPS.
• Coordinate cybersecurity implications of configuration changes and system modifications with technical teams.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI SSBI clearance.
• Must be based onsite in Ellsworth, SD.
• Active DoD 8570 IAM Level III and DoD 8140 System Administrator certification.
• 10+ years of RMF and cybersecurity experience.
• B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Expert knowledge of RMF, Assessment and Authorization, and vulnerability management.
