Cyber Security Analyst (Cybersecurity): Leading RMF lifecycle activities and enterprise cybersecurity compliance for Department of the Air Force financial management systems with an accent on security control implementation, authorization artifacts, and mission-impact risk analysis. Focus on preparing ATO decision packages, coordinating vulnerability remediation, translating DoD and Air Force policy, and mentoring cybersecurity analysts and ISSOs.
Location: Onsite at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, United States. The position requires the ability to obtain, maintain, and access classified information at the Top Secret level.

What you will do
- Lead the RMF lifecycle, including security control selection, validation, assessment preparation, and continuous monitoring.
- Develop and maintain SSPs, RARs, POA&Ms, and compliance evidence in eMASS and ITIPS.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and enterprise-level risk analysis, then coordinate remediation with system owners and PMOs.
- Prepare risk-informed authorization packages for ATO, ATO with Conditions, or Denial decisions, including mission-impact summaries.
- Translate federal, DoD, and Air Force cybersecurity requirements into implementation guidance and brief leadership and Authorizing Official working groups.
- Validate cybersecurity impacts of engineering changes, support system optimization, and mentor junior analysts and ISSOs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least eight years of cybersecurity or information assurance engineering experience.
- Ability to obtain, maintain, and access Top Secret classified information.
- DoD 8410 WRC 722 Advanced-level certification required: CISSP, CISSP-ISSMP, CISM, GCIH, GICSP, or GSLC.
- Experience supporting Air Force cybersecurity directives, including IAVA, TCNO, and NOTAM implementation and verification.
- Ability to work primarily in an office or warehouse environment and meet the stated physical requirements.
