Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

TL;DR

Program Manager (Cybersecurity): Providing integrated cybersecurity and systems lifecycle engineering oversight for Department of the Air Force financial management systems with an accent on RMF support, A&A, vulnerability management, and infrastructure sustainment. Focus on synchronizing technical workstreams, managing program risks and schedules, and validating cybersecurity, development, and sustainment activities.

Location: Onsite at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, United States. The role requires the ability to obtain, maintain, and access classified information at the Public Trust level.

What you will do

• Lead overall program management and integrated technical oversight across all task areas.
• Plan and execute engineering programs while managing the integrated master schedule.
• Identify risks, coordinate technical mitigation plans, and track issues across the system lifecycle.
• Coordinate systems engineering technical reviews, engineering change management, and stakeholder interfaces.
• Develop performance metrics aligned with QASP objectives and balance resources and workloads.
• Govern technical documentation and version control while integrating sustainment, development, and cybersecurity engineering activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant project management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to obtain, maintain, and access classified information at the Public Trust level.
• Experience with program planning, schedule management, risk mitigation, technical reviews, and engineering change coordination.
• Experience overseeing cybersecurity, systems engineering, infrastructure, database administration, and system sustainment activities.
• Government contracting experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Master’s degree.
• Two to five years of program management experience.
