What you will do

• Watch episode footage and identify selling points, hooks, and cliffhanger moments.
• Develop ad concepts by selecting clips, writing on-screen copy, choosing music, and mapping edits.
• Edit advertisements in Adobe Premiere Pro or prepare detailed briefs with timestamps, copy, and music references.
• Iterate on high-performing ads by testing hooks, songs, copy, and formats to improve ROAS and CTR.
• Monitor romance trends across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, television, and streaming platforms.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, with the ability to edit videos independently.
• Native or fluent English for writing copy, developing hooks, and directing voice-over.
• Strong understanding of social media and television or streaming trends.
• Genuine interest in romance content, including BookTok, romantasy, enemies-to-lovers, fake dating, and forbidden love.
