Operations Intern

hirify.global is a global consumer brand focused on the production and distribution of energy drinks and related promotional materials.

What you will do

• Support imports of cans and promotional materials, including documentation, shipment follow-up, and coordination with stakeholders.
• Calculate import costs and review import files before submission to Finance.
• Coordinate with customs brokers to support smooth import operations.
• Process inventory movements in SAP and manage orders and deliveries for the Service Station channel.
• Coordinate product replenishment for offices, warehouses, events, and third-party locations.
• Support invoicing activities, including issuing credit notes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
• Available to complete a 12–18 month internship.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Organized, analytical, and eager to learn.
• Previous experience in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
