Partner Enablement Manager (AI)

Location: On-site at the Union Square office in New York City, United States. Collaboration spans Europe, APAC, and North America.

Salary: $204,000–$240,000 annually, plus equity.

What you will do

• Design, build, and deliver enablement programs for GSIs, technology partners, cloud partners, and AI partners.
• Develop tiered certification paths and evaluation criteria from onboarding through advanced partner readiness.
• Run live workshops, technical deep dives, and scenario-based training for external audiences.
• Create scalable playbooks, best-practice guides, and reusable training assets.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Legal Engineering, and Marketing to keep enablement aligned with product releases and partner needs.
• Define, report, and improve activation, certification completion, and time-to-competency metrics.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in partner enablement, solutions engineering, legal engineering, technical account management, or technical partner enablement.
• Legal experience through practicing law, legal operations, or legal engineering is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and technical teaching skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of agentic platform architecture, workflows, and technical applications.
• Experience defining and reporting partner enablement metrics.
• Ability to work on-site in New York City and collaborate across international regions.

Nice to have

• Experience building enablement programs for multiple partner types, such as GSIs, ISVs, technology partners, or hyperscalers.
• Familiarity with partner portals or PRM tooling.
