What you will do

• Deliver enterprise leadership and capability-building programs for diverse audiences.
• Design end-to-end leadership journeys with success metrics for behavior change and return on investment.
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning experiences while adapting delivery to participant needs.
• Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to translate business priorities into relevant learning experiences.
• Reinforce leadership behaviors through coaching moments, guided practice, experiential activities, and real-world scenarios.
• Manage program operations, facilitator enablement, participant engagement, feedback processes, and continuous improvement across multiple initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Business, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of experience in leadership development, talent development, organizational effectiveness, or executive education.
• Direct experience designing and delivering leadership development solutions for director, vice president, or executive-level audiences.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience enabling facilitators, instructors, or subject matter experts to deliver learning programs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality, consistency, and operational excellence.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering enterprise-wide programs in a large, matrixed, global organization.
• Certification in leadership assessment, facilitation, coaching, adult learning, or organizational development.
• Experience with virtual learning technologies, blended learning environments, learner engagement platforms, and AI technology.
