Process Engineer Lead (Teamcenter)

Location: Hybrid role in Warren, Michigan, with on-site reporting at least three times per week. What you will do

• Lead PLM projects supporting product development process integration with Siemens Teamcenter.
• Identify and prioritize business requirements, product data management opportunities, and standard work improvements.
• Direct process testing, including test strategy and case development, execution, issue documentation, and resolution.
• Develop Teamcenter configuration changes and workflow solutions for business process needs.
• Lead root-cause analysis and resolution of Teamcenter issues with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Train users, deploy PLM processes and systems, and create supporting training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience working with product data in Siemens Teamcenter and Vehicle Design Process systems within design, engineering, or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of business process and standard work development.
• Experience with Design & Release, data management, Teamcenter, NX, Visualization, Active Workspace, Collaboration, or Validation.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for working with global business, IT, and technology partners.
• Ability to analyze and model difficult abstract problems using evidence-based methods.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• DFSS Black Belt certification.
• Teamcenter configuration experience.
• Knowledge of Teamcenter infrastructure and installation, including Deployment Center and BMIDE.
