What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain extensible enterprise infrastructure services used across hirify.global.
• Build automated solutions, scripts, applications, and tools for managing infrastructure and services.
• Develop cloud systems using AWS serverless technologies such as DynamoDB, Lambda, Secrets Manager, and API Gateway.
• Apply infrastructure-as-code practices to improve reliability, scalability, and self-service capabilities.
• Support services through scheduled after-hours paging for high-severity events, including weekday, weekend, and holiday rotations.

Requirements

• Professional, non-internship experience in software development.
• Hands-on systems engineering experience covering networking, storage, and operating systems.
• Experience designing or architecting reliable and scalable systems using appropriate design patterns.
• Programming experience in at least one modern language, such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, or Ruby.
• Availability for scheduled after-hours on-call coverage.

Nice to have

• Experience with PowerShell, Python, Ruby, or Java.
• Experience working in an Agile environment using Scrum.
