What you will do

• Manage and support production AWS environments, including EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, VPC, IAM, and CloudWatch.
• Own the operational support and continuous improvement of integrations between Salesforce, AWS, and other enterprise applications.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Git-based version control for Salesforce releases.
• Automate cloud deployments and operational activities using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and scripting.
• Develop effective logging, monitoring, alerting, and failure-handling mechanisms to ensure platform reliability.
• Document architecture diagrams, integration inventories, and recovery procedures to enable internal knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or systems integration.
• Hands-on experience supporting production AWS environments and services.
• Strong experience troubleshooting integrations across APIs, cloud services, and authentication layers.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
• Scripting experience using Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Bash.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and structured release processes.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating Salesforce with AWS services (AppFlow, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, etc.).
• Knowledge of Salesforce Platform Events or Change Data Capture.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Playwright.
• Background in EdTech environments or working with Student Information Systems (SIS) and LMS like Canvas.
• Relevant AWS or Salesforce certifications.
