Salary: $182,000–$242,000 base salary per year, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Embed with customer AI engineering teams to design, prototype, and productionize AI agents using W&B Weave.
• Advise customers on architecture, agentic workflows, and engineering best practices.
• Develop reference implementations, demonstrations, and example projects.
• Lead technical workshops, deep dives, and enablement sessions to accelerate adoption.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges in customer environments and communicate field feedback to the product team.

Requirements

• Strong engineering background with Python and modern ML/AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, or orchestration frameworks.
• Experience building production machine learning or AI systems, including vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation, or reinforcement learning.
• Experience in customer-facing technical consulting, solution engineering, forward-deployed engineering, field engineering, or solutions architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and business stakeholders.
