Salary: $155,000 - $195,000 USD

What you will do

• Establish and maintain scientific relationships with oncology healthcare providers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in Northern California.
• Deliver accurate and clinically relevant education on molecular diagnostics and hirify.global’s oncology clinical data.
• Identify and communicate field insights regarding oncology treatment trends, unmet clinical needs, and competitive dynamics.
• Respond to unsolicited medical inquiries in a compliant and scientifically rigorous manner.
• Support Medical Affairs initiatives, including advisory boards, medical education programs, and research initiatives.
• Partner with commercial and clinical teams to coordinate clinical trials at academic institutions and regional study sites.

Requirements

• Master's degree required; Ph.D., Pharm.D., M.D., or D.N.P. preferred.
• Must reside within the assigned Northern California territory.
• Prior experience in Medical Affairs or as an MSL in oncology or molecular diagnostics.
• Technical ability to explain complex genetic testing data to oncology specialists.
• Ability to travel extensively (over 60%) across the territory.
• Strong personal accountability and sound scientific judgment.
