Salary: $142,723–$172,723 per year

What you will do

• Architect and build scalable full-stack features across Go, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
• Use AI coding agents such as Claude Code and Cursor for scaffolding, refactoring, code review, testing, and agentic workflows while maintaining accountability for implementation quality.
• Build internal tooling and testing infrastructure that improves engineering delivery.
• Design and consume REST and WebSocket APIs using strong networking fundamentals.
• Own testing strategy across frontend and backend code.
• Maintain security and compliance standards and contribute to the open-source codebase.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack development experience with Go and React or a comparable stack.
• Experience designing and consuming REST and WebSocket APIs.
• Relational database experience with PostgreSQL, schema design, and query optimization.
• Daily hands-on fluency directing AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
• Ability to ship and own complex software end-to-end with limited supervision.
• U.S. federal eligibility and export-control access eligibility are required; security clearance may be required.

Nice to have

• Experience with distributed systems or high-availability service architecture.
• Experience in enterprise, regulated, defense, intelligence, or critical infrastructure environments.
• Open-source contributions.
• Experience building MCP servers, agent skills, or CI-integrated AI agents.
