Senior Product Data Analyst - AP & Network Analytics (Fintech)

Location: Remote-first role associated with San Jose, California and Draper, Utah, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $126,900–$151,800 USD for San Jose; $107,800–$129,100 USD for Draper.

What you will do

• Own the analytics agenda for the Accounts Payable product and identify opportunities, data gaps, and automation candidates.
• Define metrics and OKRs, lead recurring product reviews, and drive deep-dive analyses.
• Run experiments and apply causal inference to support product recommendations.
• Build and maintain production-grade dbt models with tests, documentation, and version-controlled workflows.
• Automate recurring reporting and build executive reporting adopted by Product and leadership.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, AP leadership, and data engineering to validate data quality and metric definitions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or a related quantitative field, with end-to-end domain ownership.
• Advanced SQL and strong Python skills.
• Production experience with dbt or a similar tool, including models, tests, documentation, and version-controlled review.
• Fluency in experimentation and causal inference.
• Experience with AI-assisted or agentic coding tools and the judgment to evaluate their output.
• Strong data storytelling and communication skills for presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
