What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day operations with stakeholders across departments.
• Manage projects from initiation through completion, maintaining timelines and quality standards.
• Handle promotions and daily operational activities in the CRM.
• Improve workflows and implement creative solutions to increase efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders.
• Provide on-demand availability after regular working hours when required.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred.
• Technical affinity and the ability to understand technical concepts.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders across diverse departments.
• Reliability, strong organizational skills, and consistent delivery against deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment.
