Channel-Focused Senior Solutions Architect (Cybersecurity): Supporting partner channel organizations across North America by enabling adoption, integration, demonstration, and deployment of cybersecurity products with an accent on technical enablement, solution design, and strategic partner relationships. Focus on architecting Active Directory and identity security solutions, building customer proofs of concept, and solving complex technical requirements across partner-led opportunities.

Location: Must be based in the greater Chicago, Illinois area. The role follows a hybrid work model with up to three days per week in the office and the remaining days remotely. Frequent travel for partner meetings, trade shows, and training events may be required, up to 50%.

What you will do

• Build and expand technical relationships with channel partners across North America.
• Lead partner enablement through multi-day training, hands-on labs, and lunch-and-learn sessions.
• Demonstrate hirify.global products and support partner-led proof-of-concept and pilot projects.
• Help partners integrate hirify.global solutions into their product stacks and service offerings.
• Support joint sales initiatives through discovery, technical qualification, requirements gathering, and solution mapping.
• Represent hirify.global at trade shows, partner summits, and industry events while sharing field feedback internally.

Requirements

• Based in the greater Chicago, Illinois area and able to work in the required hybrid model.
• 5–10 years of experience in an enterprise IT or enterprise software organization.
• Demonstrated success in a channel-focused technical role supporting partner organizations.
• Deep experience administering, architecting, or managing Active Directory environments with at least 10,000 users.
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to explain solution value to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant technical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Entra ID, Okta, information security, or identity and access management.
• Experience speaking at public events and representing a company externally.
• Experience with customer software demonstrations and technical proofs of concept.
