TL;DR
Solution Architect (Enterprise Security): Defining and executing enterprise security architecture strategies, capability roadmaps, and governance frameworks with an accent on identity management, risk governance, and regulatory compliance. Focus on designing future-state security architectures, embedding security patterns into the software development lifecycle, and coordinating complex incident and infrastructure protection initiatives.
Location: Onsite in Columbus, Ohio
Salary: $160,200–$183,000

What you will do
- Define enterprise security architecture vision, strategy, and multi-year capability roadmaps.
- Provide architectural direction across IAM, authentication and authorization, directory services, SSO, and asset protection.
- Design frameworks for threat and vulnerability management, fraud prevention, system audit, and GRC.
- Create security architecture standards, patterns, procedures, and governance structures.
- Embed security practices and architectural patterns into the software development lifecycle.
- Advise business and technology leaders while supporting incident management, infrastructure security, and compliance reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of progressive IT experience with a strong focus on enterprise security and architecture.
- Experience across business, application, information, and technical security architecture.
- Ability to develop future-state enterprise architectures and actionable strategic roadmaps.
- Working knowledge of security standards and frameworks such as NIST.
- Strong communication, influence, stakeholder negotiation, and prioritization skills.
Nice to have
- Security certifications such as CISSP, TOGAF, or SABSA.
- Experience with operational technology or control network security.
- Knowledge of ITIL and business process re-engineering.
- Experience managing external service providers and technology reuse programs.
