What you will do

• Define enterprise security architecture vision, strategy, and multi-year capability roadmaps.
• Provide architectural direction across IAM, authentication and authorization, directory services, SSO, and asset protection.
• Design frameworks for threat and vulnerability management, fraud prevention, system audit, and GRC.
• Create security architecture standards, patterns, procedures, and governance structures.
• Embed security practices and architectural patterns into the software development lifecycle.
• Advise business and technology leaders while supporting incident management, infrastructure security, and compliance reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of progressive IT experience with a strong focus on enterprise security and architecture.
• Experience across business, application, information, and technical security architecture.
• Ability to develop future-state enterprise architectures and actionable strategic roadmaps.
• Working knowledge of security standards and frameworks such as NIST.
• Strong communication, influence, stakeholder negotiation, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Security certifications such as CISSP, TOGAF, or SABSA.
• Experience with operational technology or control network security.
• Knowledge of ITIL and business process re-engineering.
• Experience managing external service providers and technology reuse programs.
