Lead Risk Delivery (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role based in Warsaw, Poland

What you will do

• Lead the full Risk Technology portfolio across CDD, onboarding, ODD remediation, transaction monitoring, and regulatory initiatives.
• Align business priorities, regulatory commitments, and technology delivery through a prioritised Now / Next / Later roadmap.
• Establish clear ownership, milestones, measurable outputs, and a single source of truth for portfolio delivery.
• Manage dependencies across platforms including Fenergo, transaction monitoring, and onboarding journeys.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and conflicts, then drive timely resolution and trade-off decisions.
• Run governance forums and provide concise executive reporting focused on progress, risks, decisions, owners, and deadlines.

Requirements

• Experience leading complex delivery portfolios rather than individual projects or isolated workstreams.
• Strong delivery governance mindset with disciplined milestone tracking, ownership, escalation, and accountability.
• Experience in risk, compliance, or other regulated environments.
• Understanding of regulatory deadlines, audit expectations, and execution-focused risk management.
• Ability to challenge delays, resolve blockers, simplify complexity, and align senior stakeholders across functions.
• Availability for hybrid work in Warsaw, Poland and confidence operating in ambiguous, evolving environments.
