Salesforce Consultant

Location: Available from Belgrade, Cluj-Napoca, Krakow, Larnaca, Lodz, Lublin, Monterrey, Montevideo, Riga, Rosario, Sofia, Varna, Warsaw, or Wroclaw; remote options are available from Argentina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Colombia, and Poland.

What you will do

• Gather and analyze CRM requirements, integrations, and data-mapping needs.
• Design and configure Salesforce-based solutions, including basic demo flows.
• Translate business requests into functional Salesforce configurations and improvements.
• Assess enhancement requests and collaborate with product owners on backlog prioritization.
• Define cross-system dependencies and scope across workstreams.
• Document processes and configurations and participate in agile planning and refinement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce in a Consultant or Business Analyst role.
• Experience configuring and supporting Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Experience gathering and documenting CRM requirements, integrations, and data mapping.
• Ability to translate business needs into Salesforce configurations and improvements.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and product owners.
• Understanding of agile delivery practices, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Travel industry experience.
• Experience using AI-based tools for CRM analysis or documentation.
• Familiarity with system integrations and data workflows.
