Salesforce Developer Lead (Salesforce)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid model with two onsite days per week.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design, implementation, configuration, documentation, and unit testing of Salesforce requirements.
• Produce functional and technical specifications and maintain accurate documentation.
• Develop Salesforce integrations and interfaces using appropriate coding practices.
• Execute unit tests, analyze defects, implement fixes, and review test cases for coverage.
• Lead, guide, mentor, and motivate a team of Salesforce developers.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing, defect analysis, and bug fixing.
• Good knowledge of Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to use JavaScript and HTML for template customization, troubleshooting, and cross-browser rendering.
• English at B2 level or higher and fluent Portuguese are required.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II certification.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification.
