Mid-Level Salesforce Developer

Location: Porto, Portugal; hybrid approach with up to 3 remote days per week. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in Europe.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Translate business requirements into robust, maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Design, develop, integrate, test, and deploy solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Review code and promote development best practices across the team.
• Troubleshoot and support Salesforce applications to ensure stable delivery.
• Support system integrations, data migrations, documentation, and Salesforce release updates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong Apex expertise and hands-on Visualforce experience.
• Experience building Lightning Web Components and Salesforce integrations.
• Experience with data migration, declarative Salesforce configuration, and Git or another source control system.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills when working with business stakeholders and senior developers.
• Fluent English and an existing legal right to work in Europe are required.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certification.
