RPA Team Lead (AI)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; final onsite interviews are required at the Chattanooga, Tennessee headquarters. Candidates living in California, New York, New Jersey, New Hampshire, or Massachusetts cannot be hired.

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the RPA team, overseeing system maintenance, development, and modifications.
• Assign, monitor, and review work for accuracy, progress, staffing, budgets, and team-level project execution.
• Hire, develop, motivate, and evaluate team members while supporting professional growth and performance.
• Serve as the technical subject matter expert and provide leadership during organizational or technical transitions.
• Partner with embedded AI Workflow Engineers to deliver agentic automation solutions.
• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation and coordinate maintenance outside standard business hours when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience with information technology concepts, application development, enterprise system maintenance, or programming.
• At least 3 years of expert-level experience with a programming language or enterprise system used by the organization.
• RPA expertise, preferably including UiPath, with the ability to develop or maintain enterprise IT systems.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and business skills for working with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Must be willing to adjust the schedule for maintenance and upgrades and participate in an on-call rotation.
