What you will do

• Design, develop, refactor, and test applications and framework components.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, technical design, and code reviews.
• Build and maintain tools that automate hardware and software product release processes.
• Improve coding standards, development methodologies, and engineering practices.
• Estimate work, manage deliverables, and deliver reliable solutions on schedule.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive product enhancements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with strong C# and Microsoft .NET expertise.
• Experience with shift-left engineering, test automation, secure coding, code quality management, CI/CD, and early defect prevention.
• Experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-powered development platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and complex problem-solving skills.
• Experience with enterprise business applications such as ERP, manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, or financial management software.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
