Salary: USD 101,600–145,000 per year.

What you will do

• Design, test, and implement endpoint and server security configuration changes through change-control processes.
• Administer, troubleshoot, and maintain EDR platforms, host-based firewalls, and related security controls.
• Analyze endpoint, system, and security event logs in SIEM platforms to identify risks and control gaps.
• Coordinate security tool investigations and issue resolution with vendor support teams.
• Perform baseline analysis and implement system-hardening improvements aligned with approved standards.
• Consult with technical teams on security requirements, risk remediation, project tracking, and control documentation.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen.
• 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security engineering, infrastructure security, or endpoint/server security.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, operating system security, endpoint/server hardening, and security configuration standards.
• Experience with EDR, host-based firewalls, SIEM, vulnerability assessment, configuration baseline tools, log analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of CIS Benchmarks, NIST guidance, Zero Trust, and least-privilege principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, independent-work, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Experience identifying automation opportunities for recurring security tasks.
• Experience promoting enterprise security engineering standards and secure practices.
• Scripting or automation experience.
• Availability for after-hours maintenance during US Eastern business operations.
