What you will do

• Prepare, conduct, and evaluate technical training sessions and workshops for in-house and client audiences.
• Develop and maintain training materials in collaboration with the content management team.
• Establish and evolve train-the-trainer programs within an international setting.
• Independently develop and emulate software for projects, contributing to system commissioning and final acceptance.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Engineering, Product Management, and Service departments.

Requirements

• Degree or vocational training program in Computer Science.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in software development using C#, Delphi, and relational databases (optionally PL/SQL).
• Must be based in or able to work from Maia, Portugal.
• English: C1 level (very good written and spoken) required.
• Passion for teaching and knowledge transfer in an international environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in intralogistics, material handling, or warehouse technology.
• Formal certification as an instructor.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
