What you will do

• Own organic lead generation initiatives for assigned international regions.
• Develop SEO and GEO strategies to improve search rankings and visibility across AI-powered search platforms.
• Create and optimize content, including detailed briefs for copywriters and multilingual website content.
• Build regional link-building strategies and collaborate with Outreach, Content, Product Marketing, Web, and Regional Marketing teams.
• Conduct keyword, competitor, market, and technical SEO research, including Core Web Vitals, indexing, and website performance audits.
• Monitor performance, identify optimization opportunities, and use AI tools and automation to improve SEO workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of SEO experience and 1+ year of hands-on Generative Engine Optimization experience.
• Experience generating organic leads for SaaS businesses focused on “Get a Demo” or “Book a Call” conversions.
• Practical experience using AI tools and MCPs to automate SEO workflows.
• Strong knowledge of link building, content optimization, multilingual SEO, and international websites.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other SEO platforms.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher required. Analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills are also required.
