Organic Visibility Manager (Content & SEO)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; on-site or hybrid

hirify.global creates and sells metal posters and related products for pop culture, gaming, and fandom communities.

What you will do

• Own the blog editorial strategy, including topic research, briefing, editing, and publishing.
• Manage content and link-building agencies, review deliverables, and keep projects aligned with agreed targets.
• Write blog content and SEO copy for product pages when needed.
• Track how ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity describe hirify.global and its products.
• Coordinate initiatives that improve visibility on third-party platforms used by AI tools.
• Use GA4, Search Console, and Ahrefs data to measure impact and define next steps.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content marketing, SEO, or organic growth, including managing a blog or other editorial content with commercial goals.
• Strong editorial judgment and experience briefing, editing, and approving content for publication.
• Working SEO knowledge, including link building, sufficient to brief specialists and assess their work.
• Experience managing agencies or freelancers across multiple projects.
• Working understanding of AI search and how LLMs surface brands.
• Confident written and spoken English required.
