What you will do

• Develop creative strategies and concepts for promoting the Luvly mobile application.
• Create video content and static advertisements for campaigns across Meta, Google, and other advertising networks.
• Manage the creative production team and collaborate with Product and User Acquisition teams.
• Optimize creatives using analytics, user feedback, and market research.
• Organize brainstorming sessions and meetings with Google managers.
• Research and implement optimization techniques for creative production processes.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience as a Creative Producer in mobile businesses.
• Experience developing web and mobile concepts and creatives.
• Strong understanding of target audiences and their needs.
• Experience with analytics, creative optimization, and user-generated content for advertising.
• Strong communication, organizational, and independent process-management skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google, Reddit, or Snapchat advertising.
