What you will do

• Own and scale organic growth efforts across the portfolio, focusing initially on NGL.
• Manage end-to-end influencer, creator, and UGC partnerships, including sourcing and negotiation.
• Design and test viral growth loops, referral mechanics, and community activation strategies.
• Develop organic social content strategies using AI tools to scale high-quality output.
• Track and report on organic channel performance, linking activity to installs and CAC offset.
• Monitor platform algorithm shifts and emerging social trends to execute growth bets.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in organic growth or influencer marketing for consumer mobile apps.
• Proven track record of running influencer programs with measurable impact on virality and installs.
• AI-native proficiency in building workflows or agents to scale content and testing.
• Deep understanding of short-form video platforms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and virality mechanics.
• Ability to tie organic activity to acquisition and retention metrics.
• Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with ASO (App Store Optimization).
• Expertise in referral/viral mechanics or web-to-app organic flows.
