Director of Product Management (AI)

What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on market research, customer insights, and business goals.
• Lead the development and delivery of data, analytics, AI, and omnichannel products throughout the product lifecycle.
• Establish product KPIs, analyze performance dashboards, and use data-driven insights to prioritize improvements and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support on product development, positioning, launches, feedback, and customer engagement.
• Lead and mentor a team of 2–4 product managers and analysts while promoting innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, or a related technical field.
• At least 10 years of product management experience, including hands-on work with data, analytics, and AI platforms.
• Experience building agentic solutions, reimagining workflows, and launching software products from the ground up.
• Strong knowledge of product management methodologies, Agile, Scrum, software development processes, and relevant technologies.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics, as well as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, data integration, API management, and omnichannel platforms.
• Excellent analytical, strategic, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting and demonstrating products.

Nice to have

• Experience in the healthcare and life sciences industry.
• Implementation experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
