What you will do
- Lead product strategy for key areas of the suite, partnering with engineering, design, and commercial leadership.
- Transform manual, one-off customer workflows into scalable, repeatable product features.
- Define packaging, pricing, and positioning to drive adoption and business growth.
- Conduct product discovery to identify high-impact opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Identify and implement AI-driven automation to streamline manual creative and media workflows.
- Make high-agency decisions on product direction, including what to build and what to stop doing.
Requirements
- Senior product management experience in a commercial B2B environment.
- Proven track record in pricing, packaging, monetization, or go-to-market strategy.
- Strong commercial instinct with a focus on retention, margin, and sales motion.
- Experience working closely with engineering and design teams to ship complex products.
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments and drive product strategy independently.
- Fluency in using AI tools for research, synthesis, and prototyping.
Nice to have
- Experience building AI into products with a focus on human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Background in AdTech, MarTech, or creative tools.
- Experience transitioning companies from service-heavy delivery to scalable product revenue.
- Experience with self-serve, usage-based, or enterprise pricing models.
