TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days flexible).

What you will do

  • Lead product strategy for key areas of the suite, partnering with engineering, design, and commercial leadership.
  • Transform manual, one-off customer workflows into scalable, repeatable product features.
  • Define packaging, pricing, and positioning to drive adoption and business growth.
  • Conduct product discovery to identify high-impact opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven automation to streamline manual creative and media workflows.
  • Make high-agency decisions on product direction, including what to build and what to stop doing.

Requirements

  • Senior product management experience in a commercial B2B environment.
  • Proven track record in pricing, packaging, monetization, or go-to-market strategy.
  • Strong commercial instinct with a focus on retention, margin, and sales motion.
  • Experience working closely with engineering and design teams to ship complex products.
  • Ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments and drive product strategy independently.
  • Fluency in using AI tools for research, synthesis, and prototyping.

Nice to have

  • Experience building AI into products with a focus on human-in-the-loop workflows.
  • Background in AdTech, MarTech, or creative tools.
  • Experience transitioning companies from service-heavy delivery to scalable product revenue.
  • Experience with self-serve, usage-based, or enterprise pricing models.
