Demand Planner (Supply Chain)

Location: Hybrid role based at the Crawley HQ, with four days onsite and one day working from home each week.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using data analysis, market trends, and business insights.
• Manage inventory performance across more than 55 strategic distribution locations serving over 90 countries.
• Support supply chain network design, warehouse utilisation, distribution strategies, and stocking locations.
• Analyse supply chain KPIs and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Lead and support demand planning within the S&OP process.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Procurement, Operations, IT, customers, and suppliers.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Management Science, Operational Research, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, or operations.
• Strong analytical, data interpretation, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead meetings, manage multiple priorities, and build effective internal and external relationships.
• Experience with reporting tools, data analysis, or programming is advantageous.
