Supply Chain Manager (Agriculture)

Supply Chain Manager (Agriculture): Leading end-to-end supply chain and customer service operations across Turkey with an accent on demand and supply planning, purchasing, inventory, logistics, and customer availability. Location: Hybrid role based in Izmir, with on-site work required two days per week.

What you will do

• Lead local S&OP and S&OE processes across Turkey.
• Manage demand and supply planning, purchasing, inventory, and product availability.
• Oversee customer service, warehousing, logistics, import/export, and external logistics partners.
• Support product launches, phase-ins, phase-outs, and tolling activities.
• Drive supply chain performance, digitalization, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop the local Supply Chain team while collaborating with commercial, finance, regulatory, quality, and regional supply chain stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in supply chain and/or customer service.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
• Fluency in Turkish and English is essential.
• Ability to work on site in Izmir two days per week as part of a hybrid arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience in crop protection, agrochemicals, agriculture, or a related industry.
