What you will do

• Define and manage testing strategies for large-scale projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise functional and non-functional testing activities.
• Manage testing schedules, resources, reporting, and quality governance.
• Validate testing deliverables and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate stakeholders involved in quality assurance activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of testing practices and standards.

Requirements

• At least 12 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong experience leading large testing programmes.
• Excellent knowledge of software development and testing lifecycles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Knowledge of test strategy, governance, test management tools, CI/CD testing, and automation testing concepts.
