What you will do

• Lead and develop a global team of cloud quality leads and cloud automation engineers across numerous cloud-native services.
• Define and execute the cloud quality engineering strategy across multiple engineering teams.
• Establish quality standards, metrics, KPIs, and release-readiness criteria.
• Drive automated testing and quality practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Influence decisions involving testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and operational reliability.
• Partner with engineering, product management, cloud operations, architecture, security, and release management teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in cloud quality engineering, cloud test automation, or cloud engineering.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams or engineering managers.
• Experience with cloud-native or SaaS environments deployed on hyperscalers such as AWS and GCP.
• Expertise in test automation frameworks, cloud quality engineering, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps methodologies.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes, agile delivery, quality KPIs, and engineering metrics.
• Experience partnering with engineering leadership to improve quality across multiple teams; willingness to work with evolving AI technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale SaaS platforms.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of performance, security, and resilience testing.
• Experience leading distributed global teams or supporting regulated environments such as FedRAMP, financial services, healthcare, or government.
• Experience implementing quality engineering transformations in large engineering organizations.
