What you will do

• Support deal origination by analysing financial information, conducting market research, performing peer group analyses, and reviewing information memorandums and term sheets.
• Prepare commercial proposals, multiproduct pitches, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with debt sizing, transaction structure evaluation, business comparables, and lending transactions.
• Track sector trends, competitors, market drivers, and macroeconomic developments across TMT and healthcare.
• Support credit approval coordination and contribute to client strategies, business plans, and relationship management.
• Collaborate with teams across the bank to support financial, fee, cross-buy, ESG, and return objectives.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in economics, econometrics, business administration, law, engineering, or a related field, or taking a gap year between degrees.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office products.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, quality-focused, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Available for 4 to 6 months starting in November; availability must be specified in the application.

Nice to have

• Practical experience in project finance, wholesale or corporate banking, transaction services, structured asset finance, leveraged finance, or debt advisory.
• Knowledge of the technology, media, telecom, or healthcare sectors.
• Additional language skills, such as German.
