What you will do

• Handle partner inquiries related to invoicing and support a strong partner experience.
• Analyze invoicing and transactional data to identify discrepancies and investigate issues.
• Prepare analyses, reports, and documentation for operational decisions and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Finance, and Accounting to resolve invoicing topics.
• Optimize and document invoicing processes, including opportunities for automation and improved efficiency.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Economics, or a related degree program.
• Strong analytical skills and an ability to use data to solve problems.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
• Structured, detail-oriented, independent, proactive, and process-oriented working style.
• Strong communication skills and confidence collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent English required; German is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience with Jira.
• Knowledge of German.
