Delivery Manager

Location: Hybrid, two days per week in Porto or Lisbon; candidates must be based in Portugal. Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit, is required.

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate delivery roadmaps across multiple platforms, sites, and stakeholder groups.
• Manage delivery risks, challenge unrealistic commitments, and escalate blockers before they affect timelines.
• Support application migration and system decommissioning initiatives while maintaining service stability.
• Provide clear and consistent delivery status reporting to technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate work across cross-functional teams in a distributed environment.

Requirements

• More than six years of experience as a Delivery Manager.
• Hands-on experience with delivery planning and roadmap coordination in cross-functional, multi-site organizations.
• Strong risk management, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Experience with application migration and system decommissioning initiatives.
• English at B2 level and French at B2 level.
• Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit for Portugal.
