TL;DR

Location: Must be based in The Netherlands or Switzerland, with an expectation of at least 50% time in the office.

is building a next-generation agentic clinical AI assistant designed to help clinicians reason across patient data, guidelines, and diagnostics in real clinical environments.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain backend services using Python, FastAPI, and Postgres.
- Own the delivery of backend features within interdisciplinary, feature-driven squads.
- Manage infrastructure components including Kubernetes, Helm, and ArgoCD.
- Collaborate closely with frontend, infrastructure, ML, and data teams to ensure product stability.
- Shape technical requirements and refine development practices.
- Provide support and mentorship to internal team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in delivering and maintaining high-quality software in production.
- Strong grasp of software engineering fundamentals and cloud-native architecture.
- Proficiency with Python (FastAPI), Docker, Helm, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and Postgres.
- Experience delivering scalable and resilient solutions on major public cloud platforms.
- Must be based in The Netherlands or Switzerland and able to work in a hybrid model.
- Proactive communication skills and a pragmatic, fact-driven approach to problem-solving.
