What you will do

• Engage with traders, portfolio managers, and compliance experts to gather and analyze technical requirements.
• Design and implement new trading system components using Python and Go.
• Maintain and enhance existing production trading infrastructure and microservices.
• Drive architectural changes from concept to production across the entire trade lifecycle.
• Support regulatory reporting, operational workflows, and post-trade processing.
• Shape the technical direction of new services for systematic trading business lines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in trading system development in traditional finance (FX, equities, or rates).
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Physics, or Applied Mathematics.
• Senior-level proficiency in Python and/or Go.
• Deep understanding of the trade lifecycle: order management, execution, and reporting.
• Experience working within a regulated institutional environment.
• Proficiency with Unix, Kubernetes, Kafka, NATS, and various databases (Relational, NoSQL, Time series).

Nice to have

• Background from a major Swiss bank or institutional asset manager.
• Knowledge of FIX protocol and institutional execution venues.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg AIM and EMSX.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and asynchronous event-driven distributed systems.
