What you will do

• Contribute to the upgrade automation platform that keeps hirify.global brokers current across customer environments.
• Build features for deploying brokers in public clouds and self-managed environments.
• Develop internal tools that improve platform operations and team effectiveness.
• Deliver full-stack features using Java and Spring Boot on the backend and React on the frontend.
• Write automated tests, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and use AI-assisted development workflows.
• Collaborate through meetings, demos, documentation, mentorship, and code reviews.

Requirements

• Degree in Software, Computer, or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or graduation soon.
• Foundational experience with Java, Spring Boot, React, or another modern JavaScript framework.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes, including pods, deployments, services, and basic troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with AI coding assistants, REST APIs, databases, automated testing, and collaborative software development.
• Self-motivation, willingness to learn, product thinking, and clear technical communication.

Nice to have

• Deeper Kubernetes experience, including manifests, Helm charts, operators, or production clusters.
• Experience with multiple cloud providers or managed Kubernetes services such as EKS, AKS, or GKE.
• Experience with containers, microservices, cloud-native infrastructure, event-driven architecture, event brokers, and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Harness.
