AI Solutions Consultant

Location: Remote (Poland); working hours are usually 9:00–17:00 CET, with occasional flexibility based on client time zones.

Salary: B2B 20,000–24,000 PLN per month; UoP 16,000–19,000 PLN per month.

What you will do

• Partner with enterprise customers to identify business challenges and opportunities for measurable AI value.
• Lead discovery sessions, qualify opportunities, gather requirements, and define success criteria.
• Translate business needs into scalable AI solution designs, reference architectures, and technical proposals.
• Assess technical feasibility, implementation scope, delivery effort, and production-readiness.
• Lead technical discussions with customer architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Support pilots and implementations, including deployment, governance, CI/CD, monitoring, and operational practices.

Requirements

• Experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, pre-sales engineering, customer engineering, or a similar client-facing technical role.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience designing enterprise software or AI solutions.
• Ability to communicate with executive stakeholders and technical teams, gather requirements, and define technical scope.
• Excellent presentation, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional spoken and written English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, or AI agents.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, or cloud-native architectures.
• Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and production AI systems.
• AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certifications.
• Experience with regulated enterprise customers, Proofs of Concept, and delivery from discovery through production.
