TL;DR
AI Solutions Consultant (AI solutions): Designing scalable AI solutions for enterprise customers and translating business challenges into technically feasible architectures with an accent on discovery, solution design, and customer-facing technical consulting. Focus on leading architecture discussions, preparing implementation plans, and guiding AI solutions from proof of concept through production deployment.
Location: Remote (Poland); working hours are usually 9:00–17:00 CET, with occasional flexibility based on client time zones.
Salary: B2B 20,000–24,000 PLN per month; UoP 16,000–19,000 PLN per month.

What you will do
- Partner with enterprise customers to identify business challenges and opportunities for measurable AI value.
- Lead discovery sessions, qualify opportunities, gather requirements, and define success criteria.
- Translate business needs into scalable AI solution designs, reference architectures, and technical proposals.
- Assess technical feasibility, implementation scope, delivery effort, and production-readiness.
- Lead technical discussions with customer architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Support pilots and implementations, including deployment, governance, CI/CD, monitoring, and operational practices.
Requirements
- Experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, pre-sales engineering, customer engineering, or a similar client-facing technical role.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Experience designing enterprise software or AI solutions.
- Ability to communicate with executive stakeholders and technical teams, gather requirements, and define technical scope.
- Excellent presentation, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional spoken and written English required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, or AI agents.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, or cloud-native architectures.
- Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and production AI systems.
- AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certifications.
- Experience with regulated enterprise customers, Proofs of Concept, and delivery from discovery through production.
