Location: Vienna, Austria; hybrid work model with onsite collaboration. IT roles may require working from the office.

What you will do

• Manage key business applications and workspaces used across hirify.global.
• Provide first-level support for end users, cloud applications, and workplace technology.
• Own onboarding and offboarding cycles for end users.
• Support small IT projects and contribute to IT security standards.
• Manage hardware delivery and help improve the hardware lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong interest in IT and motivation to learn modern workplace technology.
• Currently pursuing an IT-related degree or able to demonstrate relevant personal projects or professional experience.
• Interest in hardware lifecycle management and IT security best practices.
• Reliable, disciplined, proactive, and willing to take initiative in problem solving.
• Availability to work in the hybrid Vienna setup, including onsite collaboration where required.
