Program IT Director

Location: Levallois-Perret, France; hybrid work model with up to 108 remote-work days per year

What you will do

• Lead a portfolio of more than 20 active IT programs across business, corporate, and workplace solutions.
• Build global program planning aligned with business priorities, resources, scope, budget, and delivery constraints.
• Harmonize operating models and coordinate transformation initiatives across international subsidiaries.
• Manage a team of approximately 10 Program Managers and oversee specifications, development, testing, migration, and deployment.
• Manage cross-program dependencies, risks, releases, and post-merger integration activities.
• Report progress and strategic decisions to executive governance bodies and steering committees.

Requirements

• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in IT program or project management, including at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Experience in professional services or consulting.
• Demonstrated success with post-merger IT integrations and multi-country operations.
• Knowledge of the French and European consulting market.
• Experience with both custom software development and SaaS application management.
