What you will do

• Take ownership of ongoing fixed asset accounting for multiple legal entities.
• Record, capitalize, transfer, and dispose of fixed assets in accordance with accounting standards.
• Perform periodic depreciation runs and ensure correct treatment under HGB and IFRS.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Analyze and reconcile fixed asset accounts while resolving discrepancies.
• Drive the continuous optimization and digitalization of accounting processes.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally as a Certified Accountant (IHK) or comparable.
• Several years of professional experience in fixed asset accounting.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of German GAAP (HGB).
• Experience with investment and CAPEX processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of IFRS standards.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
