TL;DR

Location: Office-based in Muncy, Pennsylvania, United States, with regular interaction in manufacturing facilities and customer locations. Domestic and international travel is required based on project needs.

What you will do
- Manage capital projects from sales handoff through completion and warranty expiration.
- Develop project plans and control contractual requirements, schedules, budgets, quality objectives, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Automation, Service, and Sales activities.
- Act as the primary customer contact and lead project kickoffs, status reviews, and customer updates.
- Coordinate equipment specifications, inspections, shipment release, installation, startup, and customer deliverables.
- Manage project changes, claims, reporting, financial forecasts, documentation, and lessons learned.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent education and relevant experience.
- Experience coordinating or managing projects in a manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environment.
- Working knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, judgment, and prioritization skills.
- Legal status to work in the United States is required.
Nice to have
- Experience in feed, biofuel, process, or industrial equipment industries.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Mechanical, process, or industrial engineering knowledge.
- Experience with project financial management, forecasting, budgeting, and customer-facing cross-functional projects.
