What you will do
- Monitor production systems, analyze alerts and logs, and respond to incidents.
- Lead blameless post-mortems, identify root causes, and implement preventative measures.
- Design and maintain monitoring, alerting, observability, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Automate operational tasks and improve Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
- Manage deployments and CI/CD pipelines across development, testing, and production environments.
- Perform capacity planning, load testing, performance analysis, and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Linux administration, MySQL or PostgreSQL, networking, shell scripting, web technologies, and APIs.
- Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, Puppet, Git, and CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Practical knowledge of load testing and performance analysis.
- Strong incident management, documentation, communication, ownership, and collaboration skills.
- Fluent English is required; working knowledge of French or strong willingness to learn French is expected.
- Security- and reliability-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
